Professionally, I have always been involved in working with and for people: HR, training management and employee development.
I have also had the opportunity to manage teams and experience project work.
I have worked in a variety of environments – from local government to multinational corporations.
I have a degree in Sociology, two postgraduate degrees and have spent many hours in training rooms. Today I enthusiastically introduce myself as a Coach.
I learned coaching at the School of Coaching run by the SET Group, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I have experienced and continue to experience the power of coaching myself. That is why I am here. As a coach, I score points for energy, openness, concreteness and atmosphere.
I am guided by the most important values to me:
My great advantage is the ability to conduct sessions in English.
In coaching, I use not only my extensive professional experience, knowledge and skills, but also who I am and how I live my life.
I share this because it will also influence what you will get out
of working with me.
Cycling is my world. And then there are mountain hikes, off-season beaches – lately I’ve been discovering the (cryo)therapeutic power of the Baltic Sea. Last but not least – Pilates, which, like coaching, sees a person holistically, builds awareness, and strengthens a person from within. And requires 100% focus.
I read, I listen, I taste. On the move or locally. I love nature and beauty, including second hand. I live mostly offline.
I also derive a lot of joy from being a mother, although
it is sometimes a difficult challenge, the more satisfaction it gives. Free time spent with loved ones and friends
is priceless for me.
I get confused, I stumble, I doubt, sometimes I don’t want to. Just like you.
In the professional area, I will help you discover your career path and support you to reach your full potential, change jobs or become more comfortable in your current one.
