I like to define coaching as an inspiring and supportive accompaniment to change, challenges, achieving goals, realising plans. The coach focuses entirely on the client, on the resources they have to take full responsibility for their actions and to achieve goals step by step.
It is a process, so you need time, openness and commitment to see results. It’s up to you to decide how you use your session time, what decisions you make, how and when you take action. The role of the coach is to empower and support you in this process. Choices are made by you based on your own discoveries, conclusions and resources.
Coaching is intensive work with long-lasting results, as it allows you to expand your self-awareness and discover your potential.
The support of a coach is particularly helpful when faced with difficult decisions or moments of doubt, or when you need to start a new phase in your life and business. This also applies to life changes such as moving to another country and living as an expatriate. Coaching also works well when the methods you have used so far are not working, becoming a source of frustration.
In life coaching, we will focus on your most important life themes.
I will help you find your own unique path in your personal life. Together we will look at your strengths, see how best to build self-confidence, courage and learn to take care of yourself.
I support employees in a variety of roles to achieve business goals, work through challenges, change tasks and motivate themselves and their teams.
Each of us is different and each of us has everything to achieve our goals, so you will not get ready-made instructions and quick solutions from me.
At the beginning, we will precisely define results you want to achieve and establish the rules of effective cooperation. I will ask you questions, thanks to which we will work out conclusions together and get closer to the goal you have set. We will continually review the achievement of your goal, so that with each subsequent meeting you know and feel that you are getting closer to achieving it.
Perhaps you will also set yourself a ‘homework assignment’ because in coaching, often the most important things happen between sessions.
Depending on your needs, we will work with pen and paper, coaching tools (e.g. questionnaires, Simplicity Cards) or just during a walk.
Each meeting lasts 60 minutes and takes place on average every 2-3 weeks.
My clients need an average of 6-10 meetings.
